This site has a great and organized selection of Smartboard notebook lesson files available for free. Many of the lessons can also be found on the Smart Exchange board but this site has them organized by curriculum and grade levels. The Poetry Idea Machine (brought to you by Scholastic) is a great way to teach your students about the different kinds of poetry, haiku, limerick, cinquain, and free verse. This site is from the Children's University of Manchester and is a fun way for your students to learn about adjectives. It includes a learning module, game, and quiz and teaches your students about adjectives, superlative, and comparative. This is a great site to use full screen on your interactive whiteboard to teach the whole class or have the students work on the site individually!
